2. Site Visit & Consultation

- Taking precise measurements for accuracy.
- Capturing 360° photos to document every angle.
- Conducting drone flights (if necessary) for a comprehensive view of the property.
This session, which typically takes around two hours, allows us to gather all necessary details before moving into the design phase.
3. Service Agreement
To ensure transparency, we formalize our collaboration with a Service Agreement that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and timeline.
4. Proposed Design Presentation
We start by creating a customized conceptual design in clay mode—a simplified, material-free representation of your space. This approach eliminates distractions from aesthetics, such as materials, colors, and furniture, allowing us to focus entirely on:
- Space maximization
- Flow and circulation
- Functionality and efficiency
You will have the opportunity to review, provide feedback, and request modifications to ensure that the layout aligns perfectly with your needs.
5. 3D Renderings
Once the conceptual design is approved, we refine the aesthetics and bring your space to life with photorealistic 3D renderings and virtual walkthroughs. In this phase, we incorporate:
- Materials and finishes
- Textures and colors
- Furniture, lighting, and décor
Additionally, we provide a curated sourcing list, detailing where to purchase the materials and furnishings used in the design, making the selection process smooth and hassle-free.
6. Schematic Plans for Execution
Finally, we provide a detailed set of schematic plans to guide the execution of your project. This document is essential for obtaining accurate contractor quotes and ensuring precise construction. It includes:
